Pricing questions

  • No. The trial runs for fourteen days with no card, and it is the whole product rather than a cut-down version — you can run a real session end to end before deciding anything.

  • The account stays, your data stays, and the limits drop to the free tier. Nothing is deleted and no card is charged without you choosing a plan.

  • No. The notepad, whiteboard and screen recorder run entirely in your browser and are free forever, with no watermark and no time limit, whether or not you ever create an account.

  • One reply the assistant writes to an attendee. Retrieval, classification and lead scoring are not metered — only the answers it actually produces.

  • Yes, in either direction, and the change takes effect on the next billing period. Downgrading never deletes data that exceeds the smaller plan; it just stops you adding more until you are back under the limit.

  • Registrants count towards the limit whether or not they attend, because the reminders and follow-up go to them either way. Attendance is not billed separately.
