Privacy

This describes how Learn Live Now handles data. Firms who run webinars on Learn Live Now are separately responsible for their own privacy notice, which is linked from their registration pages.

What is collected

When you register for a webinar hosted on Learn Live Now, the organizing firm receives:

• your name and email address, and any other field that firm chose to ask for;
• whether you attended, and for how long;
• the chat messages and questions you send during the session;
• which calls to action you were shown and which you clicked;
• whether you opened or clicked the emails they send you.

Recording and AI processing

Sessions are usually recorded, and you are told so before you join. Chat messages and questions may be processed by an AI assistant so it can answer them. Replies from the assistant are labelled as such and are never presented as coming from the host personally.

The assistant is given the session content, the firm's own uploaded material, and your conversation with it. It is not given other attendees' messages or details.

What it is used for

The organizing firm uses this to run the session, follow up with you afterwards, and judge which topics were useful. Engagement signals are combined into a lead score so the firm knows who to contact. That score is derived from recorded events, and the firm can see exactly which events produced it.

What is not done

• Your details are not sold.
• They are not shared with other firms using the platform.
• They are not used to train a general-purpose model.
• Each firm's data is isolated from every other firm's, technically and not merely by policy.

Your choices

• Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops invitations and follow-ups; it does not stop the join link for a session you signed up for.
• You can ask the organizing firm for a copy of everything held about you.
• You can ask them to delete it, which removes the record and its history.

Retention

Recordings, transcripts and contact records are kept for as long as the organizing firm keeps its account, unless they delete them sooner. Recordings are only ever served through short-lived signed links, never from a guessable address.
