Terms

Last updated 30 August 2026

These terms cover use of Learn Live Now itself. A firm running a webinar on Learn Live Now may have its own terms, which are linked from its registration pages.

Accounts

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Tell us if you think an account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not send unsolicited email to people who did not give you their address.
  • Do not use the platform to mislead people about who they are speaking to.
  • Do not attempt to reach another organization's data.

The AI assistant

The assistant produces general information based on the material you supply. It is a tool, not a professional adviser, and it does not create a professional relationship with anyone who uses it.

You configure what it may and may not say, and you are responsible for that configuration and for the material you give it. It is designed to decline rather than guess: it will not guarantee outcomes, will not tell someone they qualify, and routes anything case-specific or time-sensitive to a person. Do not switch those limits off unless you understand what you are taking on.

Replies from the assistant are labelled. Presenting them as though a named professional wrote them personally is a breach of these terms.

Recording

You are responsible for telling attendees that a session is recorded and for complying with the recording and consent laws that apply to you and to them. The platform surfaces this before someone joins, but the obligation is yours.

Availability

The platform is provided as it is. Individual capabilities depend on the third-party services you connect: without a video provider, live media is not relayed; without a transcription provider, recordings are not transcribed. The interface says so rather than pretending otherwise.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Plan limits are enforced as you reach them rather than billed as overage. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Ending an account

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, which locks its members out and cancels its pending work. Suspension is recorded in the audit log.
